Flat Sawing

Flat sawing is also referred to as slab sawing and is the most commonly used method. Standard flat saw uses include cutting trenches to install plumbing and electrical pipes, expansion joints, or to remove damaged areas. At ACC&C we employ gas, diesel and electric options with the horsepower for any application!

Wall Sawing

Wall sawing is typically used for straight, smooth-finished openings in walls, ceilings and floors and can be performed up to 24 inches deep both indoors and outside. It employs a diamond blade on a track-mounted system that can be used for vertical and horizontal cuts. Our arsenal of saws can be deployed quickly to make sure your job is completed on time – and on budget.

Core Drilling

Core drilling is used when precise circular cuts are required. Holes of the specified diameter are drilled to make room for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations to name a few. Our crews are equipped with electric and hydraulic drills with a multitude of bit sizes and shapes for your job – large or small.

Hand Sawing

Hand sawing is a handheld option to saw concrete, block and brick. ACC&C has the equipment to employ gas, electric or hydraulic hand saws.

Chain Sawing

Hydraulic chain sawing is generally used along with wall sawing. Chain saws can cut corners without any overcuts. They’re also used as a more cost-effective way to cut openings in floors or walls for HVAC openings.

Wire Sawing

Wire Sawing is the industry-preferred method for cutting large, thick sections of concrete. It is also frequently used to cut large diameter pipe. The design of our saws allows for the penetration of any dimension and depth – whether above or below water. Wire Sawing allows for a variety of work that traditional sawing and drilling cannot accommodate.

Demolition and Removal Services

We’ll break up, remove and clean up any of your surfaces in need. Successful concrete removal requires precise skill and the ability to respond to any situation. At ACCC our crews know what it takes to remove concrete at any location in a safe and professional manner.

Floor Grinding

Flooring grinding is a fast and less expensive way of repairing an uneven concrete surface by using a gas or electric walk-behind grinder. Floor grinding is always done wet to eliminate dust and silica exposure and a vacuum is used to clean up the slurry left behind.

GPR Scanning

GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) technology is used to locate rebar, post-tension cables, conduits and any other objects or anomalies located in a concrete structure. Prior to core drilling, saw cutting or setting anchors, it’s vital that you have as much information as you can about what is buried beneath the surface. Beginning a project without GPR scanning could lead to structural damage or power outages. Let our company scan and provide the necessary information to prevent this from happening.
